At Oak Haven Soaps, we believe that you should be able to afford healthy, natural products from a company who knows you and your needs. At Oak Haven Soaps, we gather the finest quality items from nature to create our exclusive line of soaps. These include pure essential oils all made locally in San Antonio, fine herbs from all over the world and our own herb garden, pure shea butter, goat’s milk, coconut oil, sweet almond oil, grape seed oil, jojoba oil and more. These delicious ingredients are combined with our gentle soap bases to create the ultimate in soaps. We are passionate about utilizing natural ingredients. All of our products are tested only on ourselves and our human friends - no animal testing. Delight in our own creations or request a custom order. Our soaps come in a variety of designs that will match with your selection.
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation. Unless you're in Texas, then we ship via UPS. This is due to the fact that I've watched our packages bounce all over Texas through the USPS website. Once, it took three days once for a package to reach our own local zip code. If you are local to Houston, we can set up a time for a pick-up. Contact me with your order through my email address if you wish to make a pick-up.
You should receive your package 7-10 days after you order. If something should happen and you do not receive your order within 2 weeks, please contact us by phone or email (through our contact page). We provide excellent customer service and will resolve the problem to your satisfaction.
